Afterbranding — Keep the brand system working after launch.

Structured support for applying your existing identity across launches, content, packaging, digital, and production.

Who Afterbranding is for

Afterbranding keeps an established brand identity system consistent as the business grows.

It is available to existing Mariya Design clients. Brands with an identity created elsewhere can begin after a Strategic Brand Audit confirms the system is ready to use.

Use it for campaign, packaging and SKU extensions, templates, product launches, website and content rollout, and production or vendor support.

It is not a rebrand, a strategy reset, or a new identity.

What this looks like in practice

Two ways to work

Afterbranding Sprint

A defined, async engagement for a launch, campaign, packaging or SKU extension, template system, landing page design, or production rollout.

Ongoing Afterbranding

Reserved monthly implementation and creative direction for brands producing new content and materials continuously.

Both modes follow the existing brand system. Scope, formats, and decisions are agreed before production begins.

What you get

You are not buying posts.

You are removing the need to manage how your brand is executed.

Consistent output

Every asset follows the same logic, regardless of where it appears.

Faster production

No starting from scratch or rethinking decisions each time.

Scalable execution

Content can increase without breaking the brand.

Reduced management overhead

No need to manage freelancers or correct inconsistencies.

How it works

Afterbranding is intentionally async: brief and priorities → scope confirmation → production → review → final delivery or the next monthly cycle.

Ongoing Afterbranding

Reserved monthly implementation and creative direction for brands producing new content and materials continuously. Work is planned in a controlled monthly scope and handled asynchronously.

Afterbranding Sprint

A defined async engagement for a launch, campaign, packaging or SKU extension, template system, landing page design, or production rollout.

Important

Afterbranding does not replace your Brand Identity System.

It relies on it.

All execution is based on already defined rules, formats, and structure.

If your brand system is not yet defined, we start there.

When this is relevant

Afterbranding is useful when:

  • you are actively producing content or materials

  • multiple assets are being created regularly

  • consistency is becoming harder to maintain

  • you want execution handled without managing it yourself

What this is not

To avoid confusion:

  • not social media management

  • not content strategy

  • not performance marketing

  • not ad management

If your brand is already defined and you need consistent execution:
