Popped is a New Zealand–based popcorn brand with a simple vision: to deliver the best handcrafted popcorn to every home in the country. Sold exclusively in shop and online, the brand needed a full identity system that felt premium, craft-driven, and scalable — from small-batch production to mass delivery.
We created a complete brand system, including logo, brand story, visual identity, illustration language, and packaging design across multiple flavors. Each SKU used its own illustrated ingredient pattern, tied together by a bold layout system and earthy tones. The tone was warm, joyful, and accessible — without looking too rustic or overly playful.
This system allowed Popped to quickly expand its flavor range and create clear shelf presence, even without a physical store. With branding that looked as good as it tasted, Popped earned both online visibility and customer loyalty in a saturated snack market.
